Don't forget they will FREEZE AND SPLIT in the winter even if they are inside the car and not in the trunk, so don't fill them completely. Leave room to expand. Think about having one defrosted by the home front door to take with you fresh every day when you pick up your car keys. Fill it in the morning with HOT WATER while you make your coffee, so it won't freeze as fast in your car during your work day.
