NEW BLOG CHART POSTED As you can see from the new chart just posted gold has formed a down flag (white lines) within a more intermediate UP flag formed at the low of 91030 If the price does NOT fall below the bottom blue line of the UP trend channel where it intersects with the 75% retracement point at 91790, we are in good shape to continue higher Higher level channels (intermediate, MAJOR) supercede lower level channels (short term)... When I post the most recent BIG PICTURE you will see how the various channels work within one another... So when you are looking at the close up action in one day's trading and think gold is going down.... in the larger picture...it may just be doing a NORMAL down move in its very normal see saw pattern which is going UP right now... The big reality is we are in a MAJOR DOWN FLAG from the big high up at the $1048 area (bold RED LINES) seen on the BIG PICTURE CHARTS I post. The day is waning and the weekend is here... So gold could either keep fading, go sideways, or stage a bold run up for the weekend if enough people think disaster may happen... What do I mean "may happen"?
